Shelly Avery serves as Branch Manager for the Warsaw and Syracuse, Indiana offices. Her primary role is to build awareness for Fidelity’s products and services, as well as oversee the employees at both locations.
Shelly has extensive sales experience and joined (Lawyers Title) Fidelity National Title in 2003, where she served as the Branch Manager and a County Sales Representative. Shelly and her team have increased the market share in Kosciusko County and they currently hold the #1 spot. She served for many years on the PR Committee for the Kosciusko Board of Realtors and was named Co-Affiliate of the Year in 2010.
Shelly is also very active in her community and loves to serve others. She and her team believe that customer service is the key to a solid business foundation and they strive to do their very best to make the customer number one from start to finish.
